Play Up Waiver

If you're looking to have your player play up an age division, you'll need to print off the below waiver, complete and sign and then email it to [email protected].

This waiver is mandatory and your player will not be added to an older roster until it is completed in full. If this waiver has not been received prior to team formations, the player will manually be pushed back down to his/her age appropriate division.
